They are actively developing and improving the platform and always focused on feedback they get to improve. The result is that you get the capability to do things for your clients that no one else is doing in the market today. Scott Workrr AI: Synthflow has allowed our agency to GROW extensively Our agency, Workrr AI, has been with Synthflow since January 2024 when it was at a much more basic form than it is now. Which already blew all the other calling AI platforms out of the water. Synthflow has so many amazing features, way too many to list, but I am going to provide the top ones that got us hooked from the beginning, and some of the newer ones that are giving us great results. The ability to 100% white-label their platform with your own domain, branding, and Stripe account for rebilling so you can sell it like it's yours was the #1 reason we switched. Then the ability to connect your own 11labs account to clone voices, how easch assistant is isolated in a way where it can have it's own phone number, calendar to book to, webhook to send post-call data to were game changers for us in so many ways. Now they have more direct integrations, unlimited sub-accounts, mid call API actions where you can get a response and use it in a call. So collect payment info and charge a card, send mid call notifications, bring in a vehicle report history and then generate a cash offer on a car… I mean the possibilities are endless. Prompting is pretty much the same for any calling AI company. 99.9% of issues boil down to something being prompted correctly, not the software not working. We have don 6 digit builds using Synthflow, have onboarded many subscription based customers, and now work with Enterprise level and Agency clients that are looking to get the most out of AI and automations. Synthflow is the sole reason that has gotten us where we are today. The Synthflow team is literally constantly building new features with major releases every week. API doesnt work, bot hallucinating, I spent 25K a programmer to build something around Synthflow. on top of the $450/month. I book 3 calendar meeting with Alex and Albert. Both don't show up to 3 different ocasions whilst. Sent 8 emails to everyone just to give me an estimate date for fixes or to at least reply what they are going to do. No replies to this date. Not even the decency to reply to me saying this is the date for fix or any sort of response. Just plain ignored. Asked for a refund no reply to this date. Guys do yourself a favor and find another company…this is run as a joke it seems. Not even answering a client on your top tier plan is just ridiculous. Run away if you still can My clients are dropping on the otherhand and I spent thousands on google and facebook ads…probably lost 40k because of SF. I am looking into legal routes at the moment.
